The Duke and Duchess of Sussex step out last night for a London performance of the hit musical, Hamilton. Meghan and Harry alongside the show creator, Lin-Mnuel Miranda will meet the cast and crew on the stage of London’s Victoria Palace Theatre and address the audience.
The aim of the event on Wednesday evening is to raise funds for one of Harry’s longtime charities, Sentebale, which he set up alongside friend Prince Seeiso of Lesotho.
Tickets for the special performance range from $25 to $130, plus a charity donation. Sentebale is set to receive thousands of dollars to help fund its work for children and young people affected by HIV and AIDS in Lesotho and Botswana.
Hamilton has a US Tour this year, so if you wish to see this musical, hurry up and get some tickets here.
Hip hop musical Hamilton tells the story of Alexander Hamilton, one of the Founding Fathers of the United States. It opened to rave reviews in Broadway, winning Miranda a slew of awards, before transferring to London earlier this year.
